- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, consistency in producing breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, maintain inventory, and ensure quality control.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced, typically in a hot kitchen environment with possible irregular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, disciplined, and passionate about baking.
