Description
- Manage payroll processing for full-time and part-time employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Review and validate timesheets and payroll data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Prepare reports and maintain payroll records.
- Collaborate with HR to resolve employee discrepancies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Information Technology or Business Administration
- Experience Level: With at least 6 months of work-related experience (Fresh graduate with promising credentials can be considered)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills; attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll accurately, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
