- Gather and verify daily time records (DTR), attendance, overtime, and leave applications for payroll processing.
- Encode and check employee payroll information in the payroll system.
- Assist in computing salaries, deductions, government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and other benefits.
- Prepare payslips, payroll summaries, and statutory remittance reports.
- Coordinate with Accounting or Finance for fund requests and disbursement.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance
QUALIFICATION:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field is advantage
