As a PHRN – Healthcare Non-Voice Representative, you will support healthcare operations by reviewing, analyzing, and processing clinical or medical information without direct voice interaction. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting clinical review and documentation of patient records and data
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of healthcare information
• Applying nursing knowledge to evaluate medical documents, procedures, and care plans
• Ensuring data privacy and HIPAA compliance in all transactions
• Escalating complex cases to senior clinical staff as needed
• Maintaining accuracy and quality standards in non-voice tasks (e.g., chat, email, documentation systems)

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• License: Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license (Non-USRN)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in any of the following:
• Hospital (Direct Patient Care)
• Company Nurse
• School/Clinic Nurse
• Must have a Certificate of Employment (COE) to validate experience
• No ongoing or pending NCLEX application
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willing to start immediately

Compensation and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: PHP 30,000 + PHP 1,000 Flex Allowance
• Night Differential: 20%
• Sign-On Bonus: PHP 30,000 (Released after 30–45 working days)
