- Evaluate and assess patient needs through comprehensive examinations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; strong medical knowledge; excellent problem-solving skills; analytical skills
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate and patient-centered approach; strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various healthcare settings including clinics and hospitals
