The Plant Manager will provide operational oversight for all production processes in the plant. We seek a multifaceted professional to ensure areas of responsibility meet standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead all aspects of the overall operational management of the plant.
• Lead, direct and control capital and operating budgets of the plant.
• Supervise strategic and tactical deliverables to ensure customer and product/quality standards are met within specifications.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure the most effective risk mitigation plans and regulatory compliance strategies are in place.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering courses.
• Preferably with experience in a corrugated manufacturing setup or at least 10 years of Managerial experience.
• Candidate must be knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance, as well as people development.
• The candidate should have experience and be proficient in Operational efficiency and control(raw materials, man-hours, etc).
• The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and interpersonal skills.
