• We are hiring a detail-oriented Prepress Specialist to join one of our partner companies in the global eCommerce industry. This is a 100% onsite role in Angeles City, Pampanga, working the graveyard shift. We're looking for someone with solid experience in preparing files for high-quality printing in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Prepress Specialist, you will:

• Review and process client artwork to ensure it is print-ready
• Prepare and send proofs in line with strict production timelines
• Follow detailed print instructions based on invoice and job specifications
• Collaborate with team leads and production teams to ensure consistent output quality
• Maintain quality standards and productivity while managing multiple jobs
• Troubleshoot file issues and proactively resolve concerns before print

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in prepress, printing, or a similar role
• A vocational certificate or college degree in Design, Advertising, Media, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Knowledge of prepress concepts such as trapping, bleed, overprinting, CMYK conversion
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines
• Experience working in a printing or publishing environment (preferred)
• Willingness to work the graveyard shift and render overtime when needed
• Residence in or near Angeles City, Pampanga (required)
