Responsibilities:

• Identifies price-up and margin optimization opportunities in the different sales areas or channels
• Anticipates and ensures alignment of price development (until customer level) with company’s annual budget and/or game plan
• Provides technical support in the development of price argumentation cases with the Commercial Team
• Closely monitors and follows through on price improvement programs via regular and timely reports to the Pricing Committee
• Coordinates with the appropriate members of the Commercial Team, especially on cross-functional projects for margin optimization and pricing modernization
• Networks with pricing and analytics experts for benchmarking, technology and methodology updates, and possible collaboration to push HPI’s price & margin management initiatives forward
• Utilizes 3rd party research agencies and other external sources, making sure that data obtained are up-to-date, reliable, and validated
• Conducts market visits and engage customers to capture new market trends and offerings, emerging pricing / business models, as well as selling and operating methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Statistics, Behavioral Science or Research
• At least five (5) years experience in business pricing or project management , analytics, business planning & research, market analysis
• With Non-Professional Driver’s License
