Description
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely sourcing of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintaining optimal stock to meet demand.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and pricing.
- Analyze inventory turnover and implement efficiency strategies.
- Prepare reports on procurement and inventory metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in procurement and inventory control.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, knowledge of inventory management systems, and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inventory levels, optimize procurement processes, and ensure timely supply of materials.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional warehouse visits, may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
