Description
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases;
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing;
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers;
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data;
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options;
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Generate PO, SRFs, RR and other related documents
- Buy urgent items when the need arises
- Processing of liquidation and consolidation of receipts; filing of records
Requirements
- Graduate Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering related course (Industrial or Civil Engineer)
- With at least 2 years experience in Procurement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Experienced in using Aries is a Plus
