Description
- Managing ordering, delivery and billing workflow
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Evaluating performance and provide feedback
- Managing logistics and providing ways to reduce procurement coste. Review sales, purchases and delivery fill rate
- Supervises and coordinates warehouse and stores program activities and operations including receipt, storage and distribution of equipment and supplies
- Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals
Requirements
- Good analytical skills
- Interpersonal and communications skills
- Attention to detail and eye for quality
- Understanding, planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory system
- Managing daily routes, schedule of shipment and deliveries
- Reviewing inventory needs and ensuring adequate stocks
- With Pharma and Med supply
