Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen appliance product portfolio, including SKU planning and lifecycle management.
• Develop the product roadmap; conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives; prepare sales tools and deliver product training.
• Monitor OPSI (order–purchase–sales–inventory) to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out performance, pricing strategies, margins, and overall profitability.
• Create dealer offers, promotions, and rebate simulations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for seamless product execution.
• Prepare regular business reports and provide market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in kitchen appliances, home appliances, or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of product management, OPSI processes, pricing strategies, and P&L management.
• Proficient in sales analysis, market research, and dealer program planning.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/BI systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English (Mandarin or Tagalog is a plus).
• Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
