Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of CeFi product lines including TMA products, TeleBot products, user growth products, data management products, marketing products, and backend tools, overseeing demand analysis, prototype design, PRD output, development coordination, and feature planning;
• Thoroughly understand the technical characteristics of the TG ecosystem (such as the Telegram Bot API, TMA framework, TON blockchain, etc.), and design product solutions that align with on-chain user behaviors based on business needs;
• Lead user growth strategies by designing tracking points and optimizing product features through data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and conversion rates;
• Coordinate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure projects are efficiently executed, maintaining product delivery quality and timelines;
• Research industry trends and competitor dynamics, explore innovative product forms, and promote the application of Telegram ecosystem integration with blockchain scenarios;
• Produce high-quality product documentation (PRD, interactive prototypes, flowcharts) to ensure a clear understanding of requirements by the development team.

Required Qualifications:

1. Over 2 years of experience in the blockchain/Web3 industry, having fully participated in at least one complete blockchain product cycle;
2. Proficient in using tools such as Axure/Figma/Diagram to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes;
3. Deep understanding of TG, with a strong grasp of the characteristics and ecosystem details of the TMA and TeleBot technical frameworks;
4. Able to adapt to distributed team collaboration, withstand a high-intensity work pace, and possess excellent cross-timezone communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in user growth, activity tools, data, and CeFi products;
2. Familiarity with the AARRR model, virality strategies, community operations, and other methods;
3. Possesses data-driven thinking capabilities, able to drive decisions through data analysis.
