Responsibilities

1. Own the end-to-end product planning and execution for the exchange’s derivatives business, including product design, feature specifications, user experience, underlying logic, development, and launch, ensuring all deliverables meet market demands and UX standards.
2. Based on market analysis, propose targeted product optimization plans—such as new features, interface enhancements, and UX improvements—and oversee comprehensive trading functionalities including spot, margin, and derivatives.
3. Continuously refine product strategy and features in response to user feedback and data analysis to optimize the user experience.
4. Produce clear, high-quality product design specifications covering UI layouts, interaction flows, functional logic, and calculation formulas, ensuring designs align with user needs and market trends.
5. Collaborate closely with technology, marketing, and operations teams to efficiently translate business requirements into development tasks, driving rapid product iteration and deployment.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience in Web3.0/blockchain, finance, securities, or futures trading industries is a plus.
2. At least 3 years of experience in exchange derivatives product management with a deep understanding of exchange operations.
3. Proven track record with successful Web3.0 products, demonstrating capabilities in product planning, operational coordination, and execution. Familiarity with blockchain product design logic and end-user product management methodologies.
4. Experience in trading product design with in-depth knowledge of trading, customer service, risk control, and clearing modules. Strong user-centric mindset, clear thinking, and attention to detail in product optimization.
5. Proficiency in mainstream product design tools such as Axure, Office Suite, and Figma.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, intrinsic motivation, and innovation; able to approach problems from both user and developer perspectives, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously enhance product experience.
7. Creative thinker with clear logic and communication skills, adept at cross-departmental collaboration.
8. Ability to deeply understand core business logic and translate it into clear development requirements.
