Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead product planning and feature design for the HR recruitment platform, continuously optimizing both the employer and candidate experiences.

2. Gain deep understanding of recruitment processes and manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prototype design, PRD authoring, and version iterations.

3. Design and optimize core modules such as job posting, candidate search, intelligent matching, and communication workflows.

4. Conduct analysis and validation based on key data metrics to continuously improve application conversion rates, job visibility, recommendation effectiveness, and user engagement.

5. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to launch products, then perform post-launch reviews and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; degree in product-related fields preferred.

2. At least 2 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 1 year working on recruitment platforms, talent marketplaces, or ATS (e.g., Boss, Liepin, LinkedIn, Maimai, Lagou, Indeed, JobStreet).

3. Deep understanding of the recruitment industry workflow.

4. Strong logical thinking and business abstraction skills, with the ability to break down complex processes into standardized product features.

5. Excellent data analysis skills, capable of driving decisions and optimizations through data.

6. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive efficient teamwork across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Web3 products or a solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem;

- Experience in AI-related products (e.g., intelligent recommendations, AI resume screening, AI interview assistance);

- Experience building new products from scratch (0→1).
