- Developing an in-depth understanding of our product range and their features and benefits
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product recommendations
- Conducting product demonstrations and trainings to educate customers on the proper use and application of our products
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor information to provide valuable insights to the team
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales departments to support the development and promotion of new products
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and product performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as product specialist, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry specifically in developing scalp/hair products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry and a keen eye for emerging trends and innovations
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
