1. Assist the product manager in market research and product requirement analysis, and participate in the planning and design process of the product;
2. Responsible for following up on product development progress, coordinating resources across departments, and ensuring the project advances on schedule;
3. Support project management tasks by preparing project plans and progress reports, and coordinating the resolution of issues within the project;
4. Assist in data collection and analysis after product launch, and provide recommendations for product optimization;
5. Communicate with teams and across departments to ensure that requirements, timelines, and quality are effectively controlled;
6. Assist in the organization and management of product documentation, ensuring the information is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-2 years of experience as a product assistant or in a related role (web3 preferred), with some project management experience;
2. Familiar with the product development process, able to assist product managers with product requirement analysis, design, and implementation;
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, capable of efficiently completing tasks under pressure;
4. English proficiency at CET-4 level or above, with a certain level of reading and writing ability in English, able to read and comprehend English product documentation;
5. Strong team spirit, proactive, meticulous, able to think independently and provide solutions.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Experience in product lifecycle management;
2. Familiarity with common project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
3. Other: There will be 2-3 online meetings with overseas teams across time zones each month, typically around 8:00-9:00 PM Beijing time.
