To be able to properly record and monitor the status/movements of parts and supplies including Goods-In-Process (G.I.P.).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • In-charge for the Daily Goods-In-Process (G.I.P.)
  • Prepare and submit GIP Report as required by the customer
  • Prepare Daily and Weekly RM Projection
  • Run daily material usage base on daily bags produced
  • Encode raw materials receipt and transfer to other plant
  • Submit critical liquid report to Tolling partner
  • Promptly encode updated formulation
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the area of responsibility
  • Monitors and safeguard the condition of company as well as customer’s property (e.g. bags, tags, thread and raw materials, steel pallet, platform scales, etc…
  • Communicate with concerned section heads regarding stock inventory level
  • Perform other duties needed to support efficient plant operation
  • Handles daily raw materials inventory (GIP ending against actual floor stock)
  • To closely monitor the Material Loss and report to management at the onset of any abnormalities on record or on actual inventory on floor that would result to Material Loss
  • To be able to comply or submit in a timely manner all reportorial requirements by management and toll partner
  • Hold oneself accountable for the accuracy of records.
  • Zero to minimal incidences of unfit or damaged and loss of goods.
  • Ensure proper documentation of plant supplies movements. Zero to minimal incidence of error in documentation.
  • All received materials are 100% in accordance with the specification required.
  • Effective implementation of FIFO. 100% implementation.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in production material control or inventory management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, a team player with strong process improvement capabilities, and a solid work ethic.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee inventory levels, monitor material usage, implement process improvements, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in a warehouse or manufacturing facility with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
