Description

A Production Operator is a worker who supervises and monitors the technology used on production lines in manufacturing. They are responsible for feeding raw materials into machines, monitoring equipment performance, and conducting necessary repairs. Their duties also include maintaining inventory, ensuring proper material handling, and adhering to safety and quality standards. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and Maintaining Machinery:
  • Production Operators operate and maintain the machinery used in the production process, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively. 
  • Quality Control:
  • They perform quality checks on products and components to ensure they meet specifications and standards. 
  • Troubleshooting:
  • Production Operators identify and resolve minor issues with machinery, reporting major problems to supervisors.
