- Production: Assemble products, parts, and materials
- Quality assurance: Inspect finished products, perform quality checks, and report defective products
- Safety: Follow safety regulations, know how to handle chemicals safely, and respond to accidents
- Equipment: Operate machinery, maintain equipment, and report equipment faults
- Shipping: Ensure shipping procedures are timely, pack and label finished goods
- Cleanliness: Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards
- Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets
