Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met while leading and motivating a team of production workers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related field is a plus.
