Description
- Lead and supervise production team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and quality control standards.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and motivate team members to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with management to optimize production processes.
- Report on production performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- College graduate
- Have work experience in a Japanese Manufacturing company
- Must have experience in Production Management plus can analyze assembly problems
- Able to manage teams, coordinating to different departments, and ensuring timely preparation of parts for production use
- Have people and parts management skills
- Keen to details by ensuring parts are prepared and assembled to exact specifications with minimal errors
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and other departments
- Excellent in using excel, formulas and ppt
