Our US Partner Client is the fastest-growing SaaS solution in the third-party logistics market. Keeping up with the massive increase in online retail activity from companies like Amazon, Shopify, Target, and the growth in supply chain logistics can be challenging for warehouses. Born within an active 3PL warehouse, they are the first cloud-based warehouse management platform to better serve customers and increase warehouse efficiencies to grow their businesses. They pride themselves on understanding and delivering best practices and excellence to 3PLs and their customers. 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead multi-disciplinary projects, driving product development for omnichannel fulfillment and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. You'll collaborate with design, engineering, product managers, and stakeholders to plan, manage risks, and maintain clear communication. As a leader, you'll foster teamwork and remove obstacles to keep the project on track.

This is a full-time role, US shift and in a Hybrid work set-up

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams and leadership to define deliverables aligned with company milestones and strategy.
• Drive collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other teams to resolve dependencies and achieve project success.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks that could impact timelines or quality.
• Work with Product Management to define scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with quarterly objectives.
• Implement and refine development processes to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve delivery predictability.
• Coordinate release activities, ensuring proper integration and thorough testing before deployment.
• Lead effective standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and alignment



Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management within software development environments.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and taking on new challenges.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and technical best practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Pendo).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record managing programs with multiple engineering teams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
