• Oversee preparation of cutting layouts from client drawings and ensure timely scheduling of fabrication/production.
• Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within the budget.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, distributing minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups on deliverables.
• Track project timelines and milestones, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and address project needs.
• Conduct site inspections as required to validate reports and ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and submit site documentation, including one-week look-ahead schedules, daily reports, and weekly reports to the Project Manager.
• Obtain approval from the Project Manager for site look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to communicate project updates and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• With or Without Experience
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Works will under pressure and meets tight deadline
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to accurately follow instructions
