The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with business goals and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities – How will you do this?

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Drive project execution across all phases: requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and industry best practices.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between business, IT, and external vendors.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively.
• Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and key milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for project decisions, changes, and lessons learned.

To be successful, you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) experience, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing or deployment of custom or packaged solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
