Project Manager to join the Programs Team from the Manila office to implement international projects. This is a new and exciting opportunity to contribute to the Foundation’s work in the
Responsible Business portfolio.

In this opportunity as a
Project Manager, you will:
Project Management
- Responsible for successful project implementation and delivery by understanding technical, delivery, and contractual obligations.
- Support Portfolio Manager in strategic design of activities for other projects in the portfolio and act as a bridge among projects to streamline approaches and align processes.
- Manage and coordinate the project team within governance frameworks, drafting donor reports, coordinating with teams, and driving input from technical and operational teams.
- Maintain project management tools, design ad-hoc tools for challenges, travel internationally for project monitoring, manage project data, and contribute to strengthening Project Cycle Management.
- Capture impact stories and facilitate information sharing within the Programmes Team and across the Foundation.
ESG Data Analysis
- Analyze ESG data focusing on human capital and social issues, integrating human rights data into programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize scoring methodologies and enhance evaluation processes, providing expertise in data visualization.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences, act as a knowledgeable point of contact, and stay informed on social aspects of ESG.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Lead implementation of the project’s MEAL Framework with support from the MEAL Advisor and develop means of verification for projects' logframes.
- Facilitate quarterly impact and board reporting within the organization.
Budget Management
- Understand grant budget and donor compliance, manage project finances, and lead accounting processes with support from the finance manager.
- Support the project team in following finance policies and processes.
Technical Advice, Strategy, and Drive
- Maintain knowledge of political, security, legal, and economic contexts relevant to the project and engage with labor rights actors in Thailand.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure stakeholder and staff safety, supported by the Portfolio Manager.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of
Project Manager if you have
- 5+ years of outstanding project/programme management in international development, including remote work
- Financial expertise: managing multi-million, multi-country budgets with excellent Excel skills
- Strong data analysis background, particularly in ESG and business analytics
- Financial literacy, including understanding of financial products, portfolio analysis, and ESG materiality assessment
- Data visualization expertise for dashboard design and creating impactful fact sheets
- Stakeholder engagement experience, especially with NGOs, CSOs, and international organizations (ILO, IOM, UNDP)
- Management of technical consultants to deliver on-time, on-budget results
- M&E experience: developing log frames, theories of change, KPIs and reports
- Context-sensitive approach to project design and implementation
- Donor reporting experience (financial and narrative)
- Event design and capacity building training delivery
- English fluency (Thai knowledge is an asset)
- Willingness to align working hours with the UK time zone at least twice weekly
- Must be willing to be employed on a one-year fixed term contract.
Desired Knowledge & Skills
- Leadership of international development projects, preferably in Southeast/South Asia
- Corporate ESG reporting expertise, particularly in human capital and social issues
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis tool (Excel, Python, R, SQL)
- Ability to transform data into strategic insights for non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of responsible business principles in South/Southeast Asia
- Private sector engagement experience
- Research design, quality assessment and uptake planning
- Experience in labor rights
- Background in responsible business, media development, or human rights
