1. Responsible for the formulation, tracking, and maintenance of project plans, managing the project lifecycle to reasonably establish project objectives and schedules, clearly delineating work content, and efficiently adjusting project plans in response to various changes.

2. Responsible for coordinating reasonable resource allocation among projects to ensure optimal resource utilization.

3. Fully manage the implementation of technical projects, ensuring progress and quality control, and ensuring the timely achievement of project objectives.

4. Responsible for project risk control, promptly identifying and addressing issues that affect project schedules, and actively promoting and resolving them.

5. Responsible for liaising with stakeholders to ensure the execution of each stage in accordance with the product research and development project management process, continuously optimizing the process framework, and assisting the product research and development team in improving efficiency.
