Act as primary liaison between Finance, business users, IT and external implementation partners.
Will report to Group Controller to ensure that business needs are accurately reflected in project scope and implementation.
Drive project planning, milestone tracking and issues resolution.
Support Group Controller with high-level process analysis while working with internal process owners to ensure that finance and operational requirements are properly translated into functional requirements for IT and implementation teams.
Help identify and mitigate risks related to business process changes, data migration and system integration. Escalate risks and decisions as needed.
Ensure strong internal controls, compliance and financial reporting standards will be implemented in the target system.
Lead UAT strategy and execution and coordinate training sessions with business process owners.
Support post-go-live stabilization activities.

10+ years of experience in SAP ECC and SHANA, specializing in finance and business process transformation
Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, business process reviews and ERP migration best practices.
Experience managing SAP migration projects as Lead PM, Business Analyst or Finance SME.
Familiar with internal controls, risk management, stakeholder management and compliance considerations in SAP migrations.
Preferably with SAP certifications in Finance or SHANA.
Able to work independently while guiding internal process owners and end users.
