• Plan, organize, and manage mining project activities from start to completion.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, foremen, and site personnel.
• Prepare and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and site assessments.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to production targets and quality standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation required by management or regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with government agencies for permits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support in mine planning, pit design, and equipment utilization.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and cost overruns in project execution.
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve operational and safety goals.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Licensed Mining Engineer (PRC Registered).
2. Proven experience in mining operations, project management, or related engineering roles.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks.
4. Excellent knowledge of mining methods, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
5. Proficient in mining software (e.g., Surpac, AutoCAD, Minesched) and MS Office applications.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Good communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
8. Willing to be assigned on-site or in remote project areas.
