Description
- Oversee and manage on-site construction projects
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in site engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically on-site, which may involve working in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and teamwork abilities.
