Oversee Daily Site Operations

• Supervises day-to-day project site activities to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship by conducting regular inspections and addressing on-site concerns and issues.

Billing and Claims Review

• Recommends approval of contractor billings/claims, ensuring that all works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and drawings.

Documentation and Reporting

Prepares and submits required reports and documentation to Construction Operations, including but not limited to:

• Status / Progress / Weekly Accomplishment Reports – Submitted every Monday during Operations/Construction meetings.
• Job Orders – Proposed job orders must comply with all requirements for approval.
• Billings – Contractor billings are submitted bi-weekly to MDC_Operations – Head Office.
• Other Documents – Includes relevant and pertinent documents requested by top management.

Quality Assurance and Control

• Ensures the timely delivery of quality outputs by implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections (especially on civil, structural, and other engineering works), reviewing materials and technical data, and establishing resolution procedures for conflicts in plans during implementation.

Contractor Coordination

• Conducts regular site meetings with contractors to monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure departmental alignment with project goals.

Pre-Execution Review

• Checks and reviews plans, bill of materials, and specifications prior to site execution to identify and address potential issues.

Issue Resolution

• Responds promptly to site issues that may affect project timelines or workmanship quality.

Weekly Progress Reports

• Submits a weekly accomplishment report reflecting the physical progress and financial standing of all ongoing works.

Field Personnel Supervision

• Oversees all field personnel, monitors their activities, and conducts meetings with contractors and site managers to resolve project-related issues.

Ocular Inspection and Billing Validation

• Ensures the quality of work through regular on-site inspections and by validating contractor billings against actual accomplishments.

Job Order Recommendations

• Reviews and recommends site-originated job orders for Top Management approval.

Move-In Activities Oversight

• Oversees homeowner move-in procedures, ensuring adherence to the policies and guidelines of the Operations Manual for smooth transitions.

Technical Review

• Reviews, evaluates, and verifies plans, bills of materials, and specifications submitted to Production to ensure cost efficiency and feasibility for site implementation.

Staff Performance Evaluation

• Evaluates staff performance through the established Performance Appraisal System.

Other Duties

• Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by Top Management from time to time.
