Description
- BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineer graduate
- Licensed Engineer is not required but a plus.
- With at least 5yrs minimum experience
- Designing & estimation
- Project Management & Supervision
- Department management & policy making
- Oversee and managing all engineering group
- Can manage opex of department
- Must have an adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in substation, installation of genset, busducts and transformer
- Amenable to work in Ortigas, Center, Pasig City
- Willing to start ASAP
Requirements
- Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience Level:
- At least 3-5 years of engineering experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management and relevant industry software.
- Technical expertise in engineering disciplines.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Manage and mentor engineering staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Working Conditions:
- Office and field environments, occasional travel required.
- Qualities and Traits:
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of critical decision-making.
