Description

  • Maintain relationships with current tenants
  • Overseeing the timely and successful completion of repair and maintenance issues.
  • Showing properties to prospective tenants.
  • Handling collection of Rented Income.
  • Effective time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (4yrs)
  • Preferably, having a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
