Oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties.
Ensure property compliance with local regulations and standards.
Manage tenant relations and address complaints promptly.
Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance oversight.
Prepare budgets and financial reports related to property management.
Coordinate leasing and marketing strategies to attract tenants.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in mixed-use properties.
Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, expertise in residential and commercial management, knowledge of mid-rise condominiums, and exceptional front management skills.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with frequent site visits; must be adaptable to different environments.
