- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the estate's buildings, grounds, and infrastructure
- Manage the budget for estate maintenance and make recommendations for improvements
- Supervise staff, including messengers, maintenance workers, and security personnel
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for work on the estate
- Manage the inventory of equipment and supplies needed for estate maintenance
- Communicate regularly with the estate manager to keep them informed of estate operations and any issues that arise
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant property management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, and budget management. Able to supervise maintenance and operations for multiple properties.
- Working Conditions: Office and on-site property management environment, may require occasional after-hours work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual with problem-solving abilities.
