Description
- Perform cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are well-maintained and tidy.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in disinfection, furniture care, and general cleaning; possess strong customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical activity and varying hours; generally indoor work environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and good interpersonal skills.
