Description
- Seek vendors that offer a combination of quality products and services at an acceptable price level, availability and delivery schedule.
- Assist in the assessment of the suppliers and maintains records of accredited suppliers.
- Reviews and select qualified supplier and prepares Purchase Oder (PO) and purchases the items or service.
- Follows up with the suppliers about the undelivered items.
- Monitors any corrective action performed by the supplier.
- Assists the Purchasing Head in the preparation of documentation requirements.
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Requirements
- Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course.
- With at least 1 year working experience as Purchasing is required in this position.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in Information and Communication Technology.
- Can work under pressure.
