Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm order details, and track shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Maintain and update supplier records and procurement databases.
Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
Assist in evaluating vendor performance and sourcing new suppliers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Support invoice matching and assist with resolving billing issues.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Open for Fresh Graduate with no prior experience.
Work experience as a Purchasing Staff or in a similar role is a plus
Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, including researching, evaluating, and managing supplier relationships.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and procurement procedures.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate financial reports and perform cost analysis.
Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Confident, assertive, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be assigned to Veterans Center, Western Bicutan, Taguig City
