Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Purchase Assistant to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in purchasing and procurement activities
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery
• Track and maintain records of orders, deliveries, and inventory
• Support the procurement team with daily administrative tasks and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Learn the ins and outs of procurement and supply chain processes

Qualifications:

• Business or Engineering graduate
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Candidates with 1+ year experience are also welcome
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Eager to learn, proactive and detail- oriented
