- Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and arrive on time.
- Research potential suppliers, compare bids, and help build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Monitor stock levels, inspect goods upon receipt, and coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and inventory.
