Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and supplies as per company requirements.
  • Support the purchasing team in vendor selection and negotiation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other financial information.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on stock needs to prevent shortages.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: College level / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
