- Assist in procurement processes and maintain vendor relationships.
- Assist in purchasing activities, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct market research.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders and track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier contracts.
- Support budget management and cost analysis.
- with familiarity with tools and equipment related to Aircon.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project coordination, strong work ethic, effective inventory management, purchasing acumen, and marketing research skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with collaborative teamwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
