Responsibilities

• Procurement Oversight - Manage the end to end purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost effective procurement of goods and services necessary for hotel operations.
• Vendor Management - Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationship with suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and ensuring product quality and reliability.
• Inventory Coordination - Collaborate with various departments to monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Compliance and Documentation - Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentations for audits and reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
