Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management Lead to oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, and performance across multiple suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong ITIL knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing vendors within IT or banking infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement vendor onboarding and performance management processes.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Facilitate vendor governance meetings and performance reviews.
• Coordinate vendor performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Manage multiple vendors and stakeholders across onsite and offshore teams.
• Ensure adherence to procurement standards and ITIL-based governance practices.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in vendor or purchasing management.
• Proven experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and vendor governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in infrastructure projects within the banking domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools preferred.

Required Certification

Only candidates with valid ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification will be considered.

Other Requirements

• Amenable to work in Taguig or Makati.
• Must not be a job hopper (minimum one year per company).
