Description

  • Receive and analyze Purchase Requisition forms from different Department.
  • Negotiate price and prepare canvass sheets.
  • Oversee supplier accreditation process and create PO based on the approved canvass sheets.
  • Follow up on the delivery of the items requested.
  • Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • With knowledge in Accounting System (SAP and QuickBooks)
  • At least 1-2 work experience specializing in Accounting and Finance functions or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
