Job Description
- Assist in processing purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documents
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Monitor order status and follow up deliveries to ensure timely receipt of items
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Finance for receiving and payment documentation
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory-related documents
- Assist in supplier evaluation and accreditation processes
