- Manage procurement processes for goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Manage purchasing activities, maintain inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in canvassing/purchasing, strong work ethic, inventory management, time management, problem-solving, excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some fieldwork as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
