QA Automation Tester (Playwright)

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Create tests to identify software problems

● Analyze bugs and errors found during tests

● Document results of tests for the software development team

● Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience

● Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance

● Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs

● Research and compare similar competitor products

● Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Key knowledge and years experience in:

● Overall in Testing Skills

● Manual Testing

● Years of experience in Test Automation

● API Automation with RestAssured

● API Using Postman

● Scenario Handling Skills

● Experience as independent SDET Setting the framework, Getting the framework, data, db configurations, Creating automation scripts, reports generation, CI/CD pipeline or others

Required Skills

● 7+ of experience in enterprise applications with emphasis on Software Testing, Quality

Assurance.

● Previous QA experience with web applications

● Strong understanding of software development life cycle

● Strong experience in performing manual and automated tests.

● Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

● Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design, and execution

● Experience in working with CI tools such as Jenkins

● Confident in sharing knowledge and working in a multi-disciplinary team

● Understanding of development basics such as version control and project management tools

such as Jira

● Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Technical Skills

● Test Management : Test Rail, JIRA, Figma, HP ALM Quality center, Rational quality manager,

IBM ClearQuest, RTM, SOAP UI, Agile Requirements Designer, UFT (HP Quick Test Pro), SauceLabs.

● Methodology : Software Testing in Agile and Waterfall model, Scrum trained & Certified

professional, Manual and automation Testing.

● Services and Database: AWS Services (SQS, SNS, Kinesis, Ec2, Dynamo, CloudWatch, S3,

Lambda), Modulus

● Tools : Dynatrace, Loggly, Postman, Charles, Fiddler, SOAP UI, Sauce Labs, Espresso, Voice

over, Talk back
