QA Engineer

Job Description
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, record, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality standards.
- Perform regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain documentation of test procedures and results.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Software Testing, Selenium, Appium, Unit Testing, Test Automation, SQL, Jira, System Testing, Functional Testing, and Performance Testing.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement test strategies, analyze test results, collaborate with development teams, and ensure software quality.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with opportunities for remote work. Standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
