As a QA Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our QA & Sanitation Manager in keeping our bakery and pastry commissary clean, compliant, and audit-ready.

What you'll do:

• Assist in enforcing GMP, HACCP & sanitation protocols

• Conduct daily hygiene checks & cleaning validations

• Help prep documentation for audits & inspections

• Support training of production teams on food safety

• Monitor cleanliness of equipment and production areas

Qualifications:

• Background in Food Tech, Microbiology, or related field

• Preferably with QA/Sanitation experience in food manufacturing

• Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn

• Hands-on and ready to support on the production floor when needed
